What you want to do is massage the paw for 3 5 minutes every hour to help reduce the swelling and increase the blood flow.

I think i wrapped it too tight and the foot became quite swollen.
Depending on how severe the swelling was the foot may take up to 24 hours before all of the swelling is completely gone.
