For the life of me i cannot figure out how to allow certain npc sims into the house.

The most recent sims 4 update the one before cats dogs came out. My locking pie starts with just lock door for and lists all cats all dogs all pets everyone everyone but butler everyone but current sim everyone but employees and everyone but household members. There are also more standard locks like the ability to lock a door so only your sim can get in or being able to lock it for a household. When i lock a door for everyone and allow a specific sim to go through that door and employees then after saving and closing the game that specific sim can t go through that door anymore after starting the game back up again.
